Thian Realty Sdn Bhd had established its property development in Melaka since year 2000 and having its operation office located at 527-A, Jalan Merdeka, Taman Melaka Raya, 75000 Melaka.
The First property development of the group Taman Merak – Bukit Baru/ Bukit Katil was launched in year 2002. To date our property development groups have completed 14 projects In Melaka with 1 project currently ongoing in Taman Paya Dalam Damai (Bukit Lintang). Our Up coming project are Bukit Tembakau & Bukit Lintang (new phase). Future plans shall include more forefront and quality homes as well as prime commercial projects at strategic location.
